i think one of my females may be gravid??????

looked in on one of my females tonight and shes looking rather plump on the one side! not sure but think she may have mated with my male she's always paired up with him. thing is i don't know what to do?
what ground do i put in box for her to lay in what temps do i keep them at what humidity and how long????????
please can you help me as this is all new to me?
