Hi,

I've got a pregnant Elaphe bimaculata. 13 day's ago she has shed her skin. But till now, still no eggs. She is very nervous en agile, goes in and out her box frequently, and I can feel/see 4 large eggs.

How long does it normally take in this species to lay their eggs after the shed? And do I have to get worried? I am though ...

Absolutely normally. My bimacs wait 20 and more days before egg-laying. Dont worry, make for snake wet place for clutching and wait. All will be ok.
