hi there everyone..is this a male or female iguana..i told you guys about him a while back..i rescued him etc from a small viv..well i was gonna get rid and get beardys...well i got my baby beardys but still have iguana..hes growing on me...he lets me pat him still.and lets me lift him in tank..but still struggles when he gets removed from viv..he always wants out still..and hes nevr bit me..although when i try and catch him he goes crazy..i know it stresses him...any ideas..as he seems lovely till he gets out viv..and i managed to upload pic so you guys could tell me if hes male..hes 3 years old and 4ft nose to tip tail...i noticed his big scale on side is smaller than other males so i thought maybe female????and i cant notice bumps under his tail..although ive not looked close..anyway im hoping one of you guys will know

look on the inside of it's legs. There is a line of pores on the inner thigh. If they are big and real noticable then it is a male , if they aren't that pronounced then it is a female. You can see pictures of the difference (I hink)on the Green Iguana Society website.
