Not only did i hear about the rate increase from $5 to $100 but i was also told the number of hours from 1000 will be down to 100hrs. I am 18 and i just started logging hours at underground reptiles. I can tell you i'd like more then 100 hrs before i'll be keeping them in my house. 1000hrs was bad for people who truly wanted to get involved....now we'll have alot of bad press and morons owning potentially dangerous snakes.

People in the know say that the 100 hours was just a rumor. Where did you get that info?
