Isn't it illegal to sell native turtles in New Jersey?

There's been a gal posting on Kingsnake selling Diamondback terrapins who is located in Jersey.

Diamondback terrapins are found from Mass. to Texas. The person is probably selling captive bred stock. What exactly is your concern?
