Go to the link at the top of this page called photo gallery. Open a free account. you can then store your pics on the web and when you make a post it gives you the option of using a pic from the gallery.

Thanks Mike but still wont work size is too big how do you resize pics????

You need a program like photoshop to make your pics smaller or you should have settings on your camera for varying qualty levels. Just change the quality level to a medium setting.
