I have been hearing now for more than 10 years "They are going to shut down Madagascar soon." While I have no doubt that it will happen in my lifetime, it hasn't yet. But I heard form a distributor the other day that gold mantellas (Mantella aurantiaca) are no longer being allowed out of Madagascar. Does anyone know if this is true? OR have they just reached a quota for this year?
