Coloring of my dragon?

kdollva Apr 21, 2004 09:59 PM

Ive notice within the past month that my dragon now is starting to have orange under her beard...which actually i think is pretty cool! Also - around her ear is orange. AND she is becoming really really really yellow! Not like a real yellow dragon...but i certainly wouldnt say shes brown. More like a yellow tan...but with a tad more yellow. At what age do the dragons really start showing their color? She is 9 months and it just seems the older she gets the better her coloring becomes! Thanks in advance as always guys! (and gals)

hi
beardies mature at their own pace just like humans. some are born with color, others pick it up at 6 mmonths, and some late bloomers may be a year or more before they color up. but one thing almost always applies they get bettter with time.

Stop coloring her with crayons and you will not have this problem. LOL Well I agree they all mature at their own rate and just keep getting better, ENJOY!!!!!
