This is what the male will look like, you will see a Row of Large, white scales right below the slit or vent area.

oh wow i always thought that everyone was talking about those things on the legs because it was the only thing that i ever noticed that was bigger on the boys than the girls, or at least my lizards. now i will have to look, another reason to annoy my lizards!!! at least i will be nice enough not to wake them now ha ha. what are those seam looking things on their legs for? is that the last spot to develop in the egg? ha ha

...are called femoral pores. While they are usually more pronounced in males, its not really a reliable way to determine gender. The GIANT VENT PIC is the easiest way to tell on a C. collaris.
