It's a leather drinking mug with a pic of Ralph Davis' logo on it. I think it turned out pretty cool. What do you think?

Now bring on the guinness.

I had it hand made for me at a place called Elandah Leather.
Here is their URL if you want to learn more about them. Real nice people and the price was very reasonable.

That looks is pretty neat. I am sure this post will make Ralph very proud , as well as the company that made the cup you are advertising for . I have to admit, It would be a nice ego boost if people were getting leather cups and tatoos made of my logo. Maybe Ralph will designate an area on his site for leather cup art? I think some wallets would be pretty cool. Does it hold water/beer well, or is it mainly a decoration piece?

Thanks for the compliment (I think) It's a fully functional mug. I've got another one that I purchased 8 years ago that I use regularily and it hasn't leaked yet. The guy who makes these guarantees his mugs for 5 years. You ought to send him a picture of your own logo to see what he can do with it.

I have never heard of that! Does it make beverages taste weird after a few years? Learn something new every day.

The old one that I have does give a slight leather taste to things, but its also 8 years old and the finish is worn out. You really can't tell unless you are drinking water out of it. I've also abused it a bit over the years. You're not supposed to leave liquids in it overnight, but I've left mine half full of Guinness all night long more then once and it tasted just fine for breakfast the next morning. You can also get them refinished, I've just never bothered to do that with my old mug.
