I've always fed pre-killed mice but my newly purchased females are feeding on live mice, do I just throw them in and keep an eye out for mice attacks or do I hold them by the tail with pliers or something?

how big are your ladies?? just throw em in & watch em....mice don't pose as big a threat as rats. if you want to convert them try feeding fresh killed...after awhile you can switch to frozen
