carrot tail question

I had my first hatchling from my carrot tail pair today both the parents show a good amount of carrot tail. The baby does not should she be carrot tail when hatched or does it take a while to show up she just hatched today?

It doesnt really show right after hatching. It should develop as she sheds and grows. Good Luck!!!
