The BCC Locality issue is a big point of argument to those who breed them. Some of the purest will make claims against the others about interbreeding localities and them not being pure. A good US breeder is Denis Sargant (sorry for the spelling) and his line are generally considered to have been kept true. If you are not that concerened about the locality blood line and are just looking for some really pretty BCC boas, then in about another month the babies should be born to most who are breeding them, I see most of the ones on the classifieds are imports, which are not all bad if you are willing to spend the time to get them settled.
I personally have added 1.1 imported Leticia Boas and 0.1 Amazon Basin Boas to my collection in the last couple of years. Imports run the benifit of you knowing that they are pure (within reason), add new genes to the gene pool, but also run the risk of illness and temperment problems. Look around and some will be posted soon.
Good luck

From the latter part of June, through October, here in the U.S.(with some going even later in the calendar year.) just slightly later than most B.c.i.,although it depends heavily on the cycling schedule of the breeding regimen, and,to some degree, the individual "body clocks" of the animals being bred.In my experience, all boas,(B.c.ssp.)seem to be extremely sensitive to changes in photoperiod,in conjunction with barometric fluctuations, with this in mind, they can literally be bred any time of the year, depending on your ability to manipulate their enviroment,I've had B.c.c. ovulate in November, and,I live on the East Coast!
