Those who regularly post on this forum are probably the only people who will appreciate these photos. I don't keep water snakes, but I love to catch and photograph them. Call me a masochist.

That defensive posture means business. The work "bluff" is not in Nerodia's vocabulary - lol. I'm just calling this one an erythrogaster because I suspect it is a yellowbelly x copperbelly intergrade. Here's the obligatory belly shot.
