feeding/ handling pattenr

jadyn992 Apr 22, 2004 07:42 PM

ok I got a 2ft burm I try to feed him once a week, right now bigger mice..Anyways I'm having trouble getting a pattern of feeding, then handling. It seems I give him a few days to digest then run out of days to handle. Maybe because I'm worried he needs more time to digest. Just wondering what others patterns are...thanks

I used to think myself into the same corner. On the forum I always hear to give ample time to digest b4 you handle. I usually just wait till the lump is gone.(ussually about 2 days)

My guy will not let me handle him b4 he is ready anyway. I have the greatest burm, he hisses to let me know without bitting me first.

Hey burmking, so you say that you have had your burm for nearly a year huh? How old was he when you got him? My real question is how big is he today cause I have an 11 month old and want to compare sizes just to see where I stand.

Thanks
