Are they the same thing? Has anyone used them to clean a tree frog cage? Does anyone know if it is safe to use for my White's Tree Frog? Thanks!

Yes, they are the same thing, chlorhexadine, all you to do was to do a search for Nolvasan and Virosan together.

As long as you thoroughly rinse after scrubbing, and don't mix it with any other chemicals, it is safe for amphibians. It a standard disinfectant in zoos, aquariums and museums.
