Confused with Heating questions!!

Greg P. Apr 22, 2004 08:42 PM

Okay, sounds like some believe UTH pads are not needed. My beardie always goes over to lay flat on the warm area where the pad is after she eats. I thought the heat helps them digest the food better. Should I remove it if it's not doing any good?

Well it is probably contributing to her body heat so as long as she doesnt burn herself its fine.

As long as they don't get hot enough to burn, I see no reason why you can't have them. As long as you can still achieve a proper temp gradient, and they also have heat from above.
