D. melangastor or hydei for larger mantellas and reed frogs

pitcherplant7 Apr 23, 2004 07:25 AM

Can larger mantellas like betsileo accept D. melangastor fruit flies? Or, because of their larger size, take hydei more readily?

And what about reed frogs? Do they take melangastor? I know they can take hydei, but whether or not they'd be more interested in the smaller ones I don't know. Any other good, small- medium feeder insects other than crickets?

Thanks

They will happily take either. Better still, both!
