Chinese "Banded" Kings!!!

I just seen Chinese "Banded" Kings for sale, and was wondering, how do people get these huge (15') females. Male Kings are much larger than females. A female king will average 9-11 foot in length, with a MUCH smaller head size than a male ,(even when they are the same length) and to top it off, the Kings from china are much smaller than the ones from Thailand, Malaysia, India ect. I have seen true Chinese Bandeds (proven breeders), and they were very small compared to proven breeders of Thailand's I have seen, hell the female Thailand (smaller of the pair) could have eaten the male & female Chinese King no problem.

I guess I just don't want to see anybody get something, and think it's something else (kinda like the Formosa thing, wich by the way are aberrant Monocleds).

The photo in the ad looks like a Vietnam animal.

I wouldn't mind picking up the female as I have some nice males, but it would be better to know the real locality.
