Not sure what this is

Hi, iwas at petco yesterday and one of these and the called it a rainbow rock lizard. But the person in the link selling it is calling it a jeweled skink. So which one is it? Or does it have a totally different name? And could u give me the care of one of these cute little guys, i really want one.

Link does not work.

Probably Tracheloptychus petersi (pic from www).
Lives a life very similar to that of a sandfish (Scincus spec)

sounds as if a jeweled skink, i've seen them in petco as well.
