HELP!, Brown gue in tank????

Yesterday I went to look at my new BP and in his tank (in the corner) was a pile of brown guey stuff (like melted human poop)
is that throw up?? If not what could it be, thanks

like (melted ball poop) just my guess

...it could be its first feces (meconium, first sh--) and it often looks tarry, sometimes greenish.
