UNDER TANK HEATERS....Where is the heat???

Jerseyguy Apr 24, 2004 03:41 PM

I have a UTH under my 20-Gallon long tank - it is the largest UTH I could find, but the wattage is so low that I question whether it is providing the heat it is intended to provide.
I think it is 3-Watts....Ugh....so what is the benefit of UTH's??

if you have a proper one they provide exceptional heat. A human heat pad is the best.
