i was aondering if there is a good internet site for cb uros that are around $70 shipped? also can an uro live ina 30 gal all of its life

I personally have bought all my uros from deer fern farms. And they are pretty reasonably priced, but don't think you'll get one SHIPPED within $70. That could be the cost JUST for the uro (of course depending what species uro you want, etc.)
a 30 gal tank is fine, depending again, on what you pick. An egyptian that gets large would not be able to live in a 30 gal for its life. But some of the smaller ones would.
If $ is an issue, I would recommend waiting till you are more financially ready to take care of a uro. They may need vet visits at any time (which can be so costly) and with the lights, etc that are needed can be costly.
Just making sure you think of everything before making a purchase. You may know all that already
