albino skin problem?

mistysprouse Apr 24, 2004 10:32 PM

my albino is getting some very small darker areas appearing on him.
I think they almost look more like dry skin if that makes sense. it was just on area below his head on his neck, but it is starting to appear on the top of his head now. I put neosporin on the neck one and it looked better (which is what lead the the dry skin comment). it is only in these two areas, not his whole body. I spray the cage down 2 times a day.

Anyone have an idea on what might be going on?

I have pictures taken of it but I need to finish up the roll still. the pic posted is from thursday, but you can't really see the stuff I am talking about and it is even the correct side of his head but before it started showing.

That albino looks like a lavener albino. post more pics so we can confirm it. If it is, WOW.

he is just a normal albino. I might need to do some more color correction to the picture, or the colors of your monitor is way off from mine.

the first pic he looked EXATCLY like a lav albino. the 2nd pic makes him look normal. It might have been the reflection from the surface in the first pic.
