Cummings water monitor egg(s)

Does anyone out there have any info on the proper temps and setup to incubate cummings water monitor eggs. A friend of mine has a female that started laying last night but he doesn't have any info on how to setup the eggs. He does have experience hatching out tons of sand crosses, but never cummings.
