Pregnant, fat, or male???need help

Hi everyone. I thought that this looks like a diamond pattern which they say that brown females have. Is she pregnant or fat? She has been like this for 2 weeks, and has not laid any eggs.

Or is she a he? Becauses 'it' bobs it head at the others, and has an orangish small throat fan. but if it is male, it always hangs out with my male green anole. I thought that 2 males did not get along

AnoleWatcher, females will bob their heads at other females. And yes, they do have a small dewlap.
