Nile basking temp?

I see a few places that list Nile basking temps as being 95ish. That seems kind of low for monitors. Is that correct? or is it supposed to be higher? What do you use?

I believe they should have at least 110, but 120 would be better.

I think I've read that ProExotics has basking temps of up to 150-60 F for their breeding pairs. But remember that is a very small area of the cage, not the whole "hot side" of the terrarium.
