Need some references on a good place to buy a baby nile monitor. I am in california so if there is any good places around here it would be great but if not its ok.

If you're in northern cal. check out the east bay vivarium in berkeley. Or you can try hoffman's reptiles in concord. Hoffmans kind of sucks, and i think the owner is kind of a crook as far as ive heard. there is also petacualr exotics or something along those lines. Its in antioch. They pretty much specialize in varanus. Hope this is of any help - i don know of any reptile places outside of norcal.

I have heard bad things about the herps at LLL Reptile...Supplies are good tho.
I am within driving distance of Reptile Depot.com in granada hills.
There herps are always healthy and clean and well fed.
They always have quite a few different veritys of Monitors.
Any herps I have gotten from them have passed the vet check I have done on all my new kids!!
Amazonreptiles.com is in Clairmont. Nice guy on the net. Bt I have never been in his store.
There is a Herp Show in Pomona May 15 and 16.
