We have a few mali uromastyx and I was wondering how long it would take a 50 gram baby to grow up to adult size?

In the habitat? 4-5 years.
IMHO you should try to follow that schedule.
Pumped up? Within less than 2 years?
Longevity for both schedules? Wait and see!
I bet the difference will be more than 2 fold.
