Awesome New Guyana

boachick85 Apr 26, 2004 03:15 PM

Just picked this guy up at the hamburg show last weekend. This pic doesn't even come close to showing his true colors. I have a VERY crappy digital camera. His tail is BRIGHT red. Also, wherever you see the dark colors between the saddles is actually blue in person, and I mean blue. Super purple, super pink, and awesome peaks. He's a little thin but has already takin a f/t jumbo rat for me and should bulk up in no time. Let me know what you think Thanks!g

I'd ease up on the jumbo rats though. Being that he came from a show, he's probably wild caught. I'd start out with a medium or a couple smalls & get a some fecals done on him to make sure he's nice & clean. Anytime I add a new B.c.c. to my collection I go very slow with them especially if they are males. I really don't like big males anyway.

Good luck with him.
