It seems like all the turtles tanks I see are nice and clean or at least they don't have poop flying all over the place. I just set up my new tank with my fluval 404 and there is poop floating all around. How come other people don't seem to have this problem?

I clean my tank every few days or so. On the days I don't, I do a mini cleanup by scooping out wastes with a net or using a tube to suck out all the wastes my net can't get to. Takes about 10minutes, and its really worth it.
