Leos are usually gravid (pregnant) for about 40 days, I believe the number is (hm. Or maybe that's how long til the egg hatches). Either way, they don't immediately pop out the egg. It will be awhile before they lay it.

Hi

It is okay. Make sure that you have a humid hide for her to lay the eggs in.

When she gets close to laying she will stop eating altogether a week to two weeks before she lays, and in that way you know the time is getting close. Also she will start scratching around in her humid hide.

But don't worry, they have been laying eggs, long before us humans came along.
