"How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Hets"
Gregor Mendel was a monk during the 19th century who first worked out what goes on with the process of simple heredity. He was the first to discover (or a least the first to be credited with discovering) dominant vs. recessive, heterozygous vs. homozygous, etc.. Here is a link I found that explains his basic principles. It sould help with all the questions about hets, possible hets, and what happens when you breed them. To apply the chart to albinism, just change "green" and "yellow" to "normal" and "albino".
I hope this helps
