Gut loading mealies and supers

What is the best gut-load and when is the best time to gut-load?
Basically any info i can get on gut-loading.

Fresh fruits and veggies (carefully washed), and a calcium supplement. The same things you would put in "iguana salad" would work well. Start them 48 hours before you feed them off. The Calcium supplement may kill them if you keep them on it too long, so once they're on it to gutload, feed them off on schedule. Don't try to gutload zophobas and any other feeder insect in the same container. They ate my crickets.

I have a care section on my website, that has 3 different gut-loads on it. Pick anyone and try something like that. You'll see your geckos with healthy fat tails, and they seem more vibrant.
