How do they live long enough to reproduce?

lucille Apr 26, 2004 07:49 PM

I put my pair back together and they started smackin the sh*t outta each other; after about an hour of nonstop fighting I noticed that they had bitten each other's tails to the point of bruising. I have separated them again. are they incompatible?

That behavior seems typical of two dragons of the same sex. I would think if they were male and female the femle would be more submissive unless she is bigger than the male. This could also happen if the male is too young and the female is more mature.
