I swear, I was planning to pen a message to say how great my two chams were doing as everything has been going so well. But...just when things seem to be so good...
Anyway, I found Shogo resting directly under his lamp with his mouth open. It wasn't a threat or stress. He was just sitting there, mouth agape. I observed that his breathing must be normal since I can't see him breathe. There is no clicking sound when he breaths. I didn't see any sores around his mouth. Once I started spraying him for his normal watering, he closed his mouth and ran in terror from the spray bottle as usual (no I didn't aim it at him. Just the sight of it is enough to freak him out!).
Please let me know what you believe this is. I'm hoping for over-heating, but that's not great either, right?
Oh, by the way, if he does have a URI, can he spread this to my other cham? Or is it non-contagious?
Please let me know. You alll have been a savior for me!
