need help on aging my frogs

addam4208283 May 13, 2003 10:36 AM

I just wanted to know about how old is a juvenile compared to a froglet? I purchased two PDF's from Black Jungle back in Jan. one was a juvenile and the other was a froglet. I am just trying to figure out how old my frogs are as of now.
thanks in advance.

Usually most people consider froglets to be anywhere from 0 to about 5 months old Usually most respectful dart sellers only sell frogs 2 months old. Juvis can have a broader range usually 5-6 months to an age where they are sexable usually 10 months-1.5 years.

Dart frogs are best aged in charred oak barrles which gives them the robust taste which they are famous for.
