I would wait until next shed to see if it comes off by it self. It the mean time I would provide her with a rubbibg rock and a lot of every other day misting to make sure that she has every chance to get it off her self. The biggest problem with the eye cap is going to be bad vision and a nasty temperment until it is better. Your snake may turn around and cycle right back into shed because of it, a natural solution to the problem for the snake, but your humidity must have been a bit low. If on the second shed the eye cap remains again, take her to the vet, it may be a sign of an infection.
good luck
