Just want to thank the various folks who, over the years, have posted this advice. My female leo was staggering at death's door - tail shriveled up to a string, neck about 3/16" diameter, barely moving, no interest in crickets.
Then I found the tips about feeding 'em Ensure meal supplement, buried deep in this forum. (1/2 Ensure, 1/2 Pedialyte, 50-75 cc twice daily).
Two weeks later, she's all plumped up and practically snapping crickets out of the air as I toss them in! 
BTW, Ensure comes in a powder form, so you don't have to waste most of a can of liquid that only lasts 2-3 days. You mix up just few cc's at a time. The powder Ensure isn't readily available in stores but here's one online source:
