Is there any difference between these guys with respect to the intensity of the red color? (normals, not amelanistic individuals)

I find these to be extremely difficult to differentiate. The coloration is the same. The only differences that I can see is a small difference in width and location of the first white band. I saw an ID key once for differentiating these two, but I can't find it now.
