Depending on your state you will need a breeders license. I am in Florida, so mine is issued by the Florida fish and wildlife commission. Seeing as your only 14, it would probably require that your parents get the license. I am not exactly sure how things work in all the different states.
I wouldn't go thinking up "fancy company names" unless you want to pay a small fortune having that name registered, etc.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help

starting a business can get very complicated. Once you start selling to the public, you are opening yourself up to all sorts of issues. All local shows here are checked by Fish & Game. It is a $500 fine if you don’t have a permit. Zoning may also frown on you selling reptiles and slap you with a fine. It is best if you make an informed decision with your folks.
Issues to consider involve: business licensing, zoning, fish & game... I am not trying to scare you. You should be aware that some places like NY have very strict laws and all it takes is one unhappy person to complain to the right people and you are in trouble. I am sure that many many people do things like this every day and never have a problem. Seeing how you are a minor, your parents are responsible for you so check things out completely with local authorities to make the right choice.
you don't have to go big but you need to be informed.
