Chondro

beljam1 Apr 27, 2004 08:55 AM

Does it seem that the Chondro people are way beyond us in terms of breeding genetics? I see some unusual Corallus from time to time but never hear about any offspring. Are F2's offspring anymore predictable than breeding wildcaught Corallus? Im starting to wonder if hybridizing is the only way to spark some "new bloods." Im waiting for a "freak' to drop out of one of my females. Anyway, just a couple of thoughts, wishes, dreams....

It is hard to prove genetics with atb's if we cant even get red, yellows, grey, gardens, or whatever to produce babies that are consistant...if 2 greys or two yellows can produce all red babies, how can we even start with morphs?
