are mantellas toxic in captivity? Anybody witness dendros shed skin?

I was wondering if mantellas are toxic. I know the Malagasy mantella has produced some alkaloids. Do they lose toxins like dendrobates?

I know, I've seen my frog yawn a lot. He is very fat and growing like crazy. I have never seen him shed his skin. I was wondering if anybody has witnessed it.
