This is why I love these guys. That electric yellow just gets me so happy when I look at them. This is the "pregnant" female. She has been in her nest box for 2 and 1/2 weeks. Does she look pregnant?

Definatly does look gravid to me.. Nice and heavy in the back end.

Thanks alot! I think I might be willing to lend her out. When I got the male for breedeing, I had a choice between the male I got(which is 5ft, orange and has a checkerboard stomach) and this big 7.5ft male that was really yellow. I wish I got that one, but it was way too big for what I was going keep it in. So, ya. I am still waiting on those eggs, so hopefully soon.

That'd be awesome.. Cool her next winter and send her over to me. And yeah, shoulda gone for the more yellow one..

Don't all Taiwans have checkerboard stomachs? Mine do.. Guess it could be a fluke though..

I plan on breeding the false waters, yeah, but they're youngins yet.. Only bout 2.5ft.. But at the rate they eat, they'll be breeding size in no times.. lol.. 2.5ft, and eating large adult mice. They're wierd stout little snakes. I hear they breed like beauties/corns too..

Thanks for the reply. My female taiwan has a patternless stomach. It is pretty cool. I wanted to breed her to another male with the same pattern. Good luck with those cobras.
