Collard lizards

Hi i have a pair of collard lizards a male and female i have had them for a year and a half so there around 2 years old. i was wondering if eny one nose how old they must be to breed and what i could do to help them breed couse they dont seem to be in a breeding mood. also when i got them the male had a kink in the end of his tail and the female was missing the tip of it will it ever grow back or no also they are about 4-5 inches from nose to vent will they get eny bigger couse at the pet store i got them from they have ones alot bigger but i think there a different kind couse they are a totally different color.

They must hibernate inorder to breed. I have had some breed without hibernating but only once and it could have been from light flucuation that triggered their hormones.
