Got advice for a PDF newbie in the Philippines

bluetip Apr 28, 2004 08:49 AM

Hi guys,

I had recently found out that fruit flies need 22-23 degrees to culture properly. In my country, the average temp is about 28-30. I have spent time to make sure to lower my viv temp to the mid twenties but I think it would be too hard for me to keep fruit flies under these temps. Can any of you suggest a good alternative to fruit flies? Do I really need those temps to be able to culture them?

Would appreciate your help.

Thanks

bluetip
