just wondering if they are realy hard to keep alive for along time.some say they will live no longer than 6 month.is it true,or because they are deprive of ants?
are those small, black ants common around the house a good enough food for HL?because i can let a peice of sweet fruit in the enclosure and let the ants come, then the HL can feast on unlimited number of small ants.is this with a couple of crikets and mealworm enough to let the HL trive?
other than feeding, are they fussy about tempreture and humidity?
what is the average lifespand HL in captivity?
thanks
