I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES AND EARS!!! The egg trick realy works!!! Today, Cloyd, my male eastern was acting a bit finicky. He ate one mouse, and decided he was done,[he's over 5 ft. long] but I still had a couple more thawed out. I knew he needed to eat more, because he just came off shed. So I remembered what someone said about egg, "like he'd been waiting for ot all his life". I decided to test it out. Went back to the kitchen, got an egg out of the fridg, broke it, beat it, poured it into a pan, droped the remaining mice into it, rolled them around a bit, and placed it just out side of his hide box hole,....and bammo!! he was like a pit bull on pizza!!! He proceded to goble up the mice and the egg, occasionaly looking up from his feast with egg dripping from his chin. I could litteraly hear him gobbleing this stuff up! It was just like that guy said, as if he'd been waiting for it his whole life. I would highly reccomend it for any one with a finicky eater!
