Hello, I found this one in my living room today! Can anyone tell me what it is? I live in sacramento, CA. I'm concerned about how he found his way inside. Are they known to sneak in like that or was this likely a fluke? My girlfriend is completely paranoid to be in this house now

I'd be stoked to find an alligator lizard in my house. Then again I'm in KY (way out of their range).
Who knows how it got in, but I'm sure it was snakin on some bugs loose in your house. Harmless liz though. Nice tail breakage.
