So I was out in the field the other day doing some field work on some paramisucs when I came across an awesome Manzanita tree that had fallen over and was dieing. So I sawed off a few branches for my Lyell...but how exactly do I make it safe to be put in the cage with him? I'm unconforable with the idea of using bleach (not to mention I'd have to fill the bathtub up with the stuff that way) and can't boil the things...you guys have any suggestions?

Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. If your oven tends to run a little hot, set it at 375...Last year my house smelled like a campfire for a week! Duffy
